INFORMATION ON PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

Who is the administrator?

We are the team of M-SOR s.r.o., with registered office at Národních mučedníků 398/7, Hradec Králové - Nový Hradec Králové, Postal Code 500 08, registered at the Regional Court in Hradec Králové under Case No. C 30154, represented by Bc. Petr Moučka as the managing director.

We operate the website www.sorudo.cz and organize SORUDO courses. We are in the position of a controller with respect to your personal data: we determine how the personal data will be processed and for what purpose, for how long and we select any other processors who will assist us with the processing.

How can you contact us?

If you wish to contact us during the processing, you can contact us at the following email address: gdpr@sorudo.cz

Scope of personal data and purpose of processing

We process personal data that you entrust to us for the following reasons (to fulfil these purposes):

Organisation of courses, provision of services, performance of a contract

We need your personal data, such as your name, surname, telephone number, e-mail address, the place of residence/city where you want to take our courses, information about your minority, gender, and, if applicable, your function in the company that orders services from us for its employees, to ensure the organisation of courses, the fulfilment of legal obligations and legitimate interest.

Bookkeeping

If you order our courses or any other product from our range, we need your personal data (billing data) to comply with our legal obligation to issue and record tax documents.

Marketing - sending newsletters, contacting us with special offers, course dates

We use your personal data name, surname, email and/or phone number, gender for direct marketing purposes - sending you commercial communications and informing you about upcoming course dates. If you are our alumni, have purchased a voucher for our course or have written to us and are interested in our courses, we see a vested interest in sending you newsletters with SORUDO topics and current events, information about course dates and special events. We will do this for a maximum of 2 years from the date you signed up for your last course. At any time you can write to us that you do not wish to receive certain communications or unsubscribe your email in the footer of each newsletter. This is your right.

We keep your personal data in our database for future cooperation, should you need a certificate of completion, a new certificate of completion, etc. You can also request a complete deletion from the database, unless the law states otherwise, we will delete your personal data and will not keep it any longer.

Transfer of personal data to 3rd parties

Your personal data can be accessed by our employees, associates and service providers who are bound by confidentiality and trained in the security of personal data processing.

For some specific processing operations that we are unable to provide on our own, we use the services and applications of processors who specialize in that processing and are GDPR compliant.

These are persons providing web hosting, accounting services and tax processing, persons involved in the provision of our courses, delivery of goods, execution of payments under contract.

It is possible that in the future we may decide to use other applications or processors to facilitate and improve the quality of processing. However, we promise you that in such a case we will place at least the same demands on the processor in terms of security and quality of processing as we place on ourselves.

Cookies

Our website uses "cookies" and other technologies that, with your permission, store small amounts of data on your computer or device to enable the collection of certain information from your web browser. Cookies are commonly used on the Internet and allow a website/portal to recognize a user's device without uniquely identifying the individual person using the computer. These technologies make it easier for you to log in and use the site, provide us with feedback about which part of the site you are visiting so that we can assess the effectiveness of the site and provide you with a better user experience or present you with advertising while you are browsing other sites.

For more information about cookies, including how to see which cookies have been set and how to manage, block and delete them, please visit www.allaboutcookies.org. You can also set your browser not to accept any cookies.

Security and privacy

We protect personal data to the maximum extent possible using modern technologies that correspond to the state of the art. We protect it as if it were our own. We have adopted and maintain all possible (currently known) technical and organizational measures to prevent the misuse, damage or destruction of your personal data.

Transfer of data outside the EU

We only process data in the European Union or in countries that provide an adequate level of protection based on a decision of the European Commission.

Your rights in relation to the protection of personal data

You have a number of rights in relation to the protection of personal data. If you wish to exercise any of these rights, please contact us by email: gdpr@sorudo.cz

You have the right to information, which is already fulfilled by this information page with the personal data processing policy.

Thanks to the right of access, you can challenge us at any time and we will document within 30 days what personal data we are processing and why.

If something changes or you find your personal data outdated or incomplete, you have the right to have your personal data completed and amended.

You can exercise your right to restrict processing if you believe that we are processing your inaccurate data, if you believe that we are processing unlawfully but do not want to delete all of your data, or if you object to the processing. You can limit the scope of the personal data or the purposes of the processing.

Right to portability If you would like to take your personal data and transfer it to someone else, we will follow the same process as when you exercise your right of access - the only difference is that we will supply the information to you in machine-readable form. Here we need at least 30 days.

Right to erasure

Your next right is the right to erasure (to be forgotten). We don't want to forget you, but if you wish, you have the right to do so. In this case, we will delete all your personal data from the system and from the system of all sub-processors and backups. We need 30 days to secure the right to erasure.

In some cases, we are bound by a legal obligation and, for example, we must keep records of tax documents issued for a period of time specified by law. In this case, we will therefore delete all such personal data that is not bound by another law. We will inform you by e-mail when the deletion is completed.

Complaint to the Data Protection Authority If you feel that we are not treating your data in accordance with the law, you have the right to contact the Data Protection Authority at any time with your complaint. We would be very pleased if you would first inform us of this suspicion so that we can do something about it and correct any wrongdoing.

Unsubscribing from newsletters and commercial communications

We send you emails with inspiration, articles or products and services if you are a customer based on our legitimate interest. You can unsubscribe by using the unsubscribe link in the email or by emailing us at gdpr@sorudo.cz. You can also modify the way you do or do not want us to contact you.

Changes to information about the processing of personal data Any changes we may make to our Processing Information in the future will be published on this page and, where appropriate, we will notify you by email. Please check this page frequently to learn of any updates and changes to our Privacy Notice.

Silence

Please be assured that our employees and associates who will be processing your personal data are required to maintain confidentiality of personal data and security measures, the disclosure of which would compromise the security of your personal data.
