In this course, we will teach you the basics that you need to know to use it in a real encounters considering the legal framework for self-defense! The course is filled with exercises that you can practice alone or with your training partner. We encourage you to do these practices with a sparring partner to create a realistic opposition that closely simulates real-life situations!
